Class Of 2020 Senior Celebration: 

We will celebrate the Class of 2020 on Thursday June 18th, and Friday, June 19th at KCP in the amphitheater which is located on the north side of the school adjacent to the staff parking lot. Click Here To Learn More.

Building Access: 

Because our building will be closed for the rest of the school year, we have developed a plan––in accordance with clear guidance from the district––that will allow you to collect your child’s personal items from school as safely as possible.  Click Here To Lean More

Class of 2020 - Emails

We need to gather parent emails for all students in the Class of 2020. We want to make sure we have accurate emails, so your loves will not miss out on any graduation updates.

  • Seniors last day to participate in remote learning - Friday, May 29th 

  • Senior finals June 2nd and June 3rd

  • Seniors last day to submit assignments - Friday, June 5th 

  • Teachers will post final seniors grades on Tuesday, June 9th at 5pm. 

  • Students will pick up graduation (cap & gown, swag bag, etc) beginning Monday, June 15th

  • Virtual graduation Monday, June 22nd

We appreciate your patience and we all adjust to this “new normal”. How are going to celebrate the AMAZING KCP Class of 2020!!


  • We will celebrate our KCP Scholars on Monday, June 22nd. You are asking why the date changed. We are working with an outside vendor to create a commencement ceremony that will be memorable under the current circumstances.  
  • Your virtual graduation will include student highlights and commencement speakers (Valedictorian, Salutatorian and Student Government, and more)
  • Students will be able to pick up their cap and gowns, yearbooks and senior swag bag beginning Monday, June 15th through Friday, June 19th  from 9:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. (by appointment only). 
  • To ensure we are adhering to social distancing guidelines, 10 students will be able to sign-up per hour
  • The sign-in will be sent to senior students and parents on Monday, June 1st via email. 
  • We are still waiting on guidance regarding locker clean-out.

  • All refunds will be given to parents via CPS by Tuesday, June 30th. 
  • Please bring any and all items that belong to the school (textbooks, Chromebooks, instruments, etc.) 
  • Final transcripts will be made available to students the first week of July, 2020.
